Georgian fronted charming house near Cotswold Way

An easy drive to Cotswold towns and villages. The larger centres of Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham, Gloucester & Cardiff are within an hours drive. An historic grade 2 listed house with comfortable, spacious ensuite rooms; 2 king size bedrooms on the first floor, twin and family room on the second floor. Kitchen with dining table & cosy sitting room. The house comfortably accommodates 8 people and with two extra single beds in bedroom 4, can sleep up to 10. Due to the footprint of the building please note there is only a kitchen with dining table and a sitting room on the ground floor. There is a large open garden in front of the house with seating & bbq which is perfect for games. Lovely views to the surrounding countryside & Cotswold escarpment. Private car park. Wifi - super fast! Private, self contained house. You have the house to yourselves. A comfortable sitting room and well equipped kitchen/diner and four en-suite bedrooms on the first and second floor. I live in the attached old mill house next door, completely separate but am about should you need me. Peaceful location, ideal for walking and exploring the Cotswolds. The Tyndale monument, on the Cotswold way is near by to visit and climb the 120 steps to take in the views. Visit the local towns of Wotton-under-Edge and Dursley either by foot along the Cotswold Way or by car. Berkeley Castle, Newark Park, Slimbridge Wetlands centre & Cattle Country are all nearby. Woodchester mansion, Stroud, Tetbury and Painswick are an easy drive. The larger centres of Bath, Bristol, Gloucester and Cheltenham are all about 40 minutes away. Cardiff is about an hour away. Due to its location a car is recommended. It is a two night minimum stay. One night bookings are only available last minute or if there is an empty night in between bookings. Well behaved dogs are welcome for a small fee of £10.00 per night or £30.00 per week/ part week. Please enquire. Please note due to the foot print of the building Burrows Court is not suitable for those unable to climb at least one flight of stairs. There is no ground floor toilet or bedroom.
