If you are looking for a secluded hideaway in the heart of Burgundy this could be for you. This small private house is exclusively yours, Double bedroom, lounge/kitchen, verandah, shower & decking with private garden. Wi-Fi, washer, dishwasher coffee machine, we invite you to make yourself at home and explore. A 2nd double bedroom can also be made available for extra guests. Liernais, 5 minutes by car with local shop, bakery & cafe. Saulieu has Market excellent restaurants and Supermarkets. Our house is set within 2 acres of unspoilt parkland, completely isolated and perfect for anyone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. We have a well equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining spaces and a BBQ in the garden you are welcome to use. Ample parking in the grounds with owners living in neighbouring village always available if you require help. You are welcome to use all the spaces, the house is completely yours for the duration of your stay. The only areas we keep private are the cleaning cupboard and garden shed. Should we need to cut the grass during your stay, we will notify you in advance so that we don't interrupt your visit. The property is accessed by a narrow private lane, it's unlikely you will get any visitors except for the occasional postman. We live in the next village and will be on hand for help and advise throughout your stay should you need it. We let you arrive in your own time and use the key box provided removing the pressure of a set arrival time. Our house is accessed from a private lane on the outskirts of a small Hamlet called Joncheres. This friendly farming community is made up of families and holiday homes, it's quiet and rural environment. The best way to explore this vast area is by car, however it's also a lovely place to cycle and walk. The nearby lakes are perfect for swimming and the local towns offer bakers and wonderful restaurants. Our nearest TGV train Station is Montbard, 45 minutes away. Due to the current situation, COVID 19, we are making every effort to provide a clean and safe environment for all our guests. Our kitchen is set up to help those that do not want to go out and prefer to eat at home. Cleaning antibacterial sprays and wipes are also available for you to use. If you are 2 people requiring separate bedrooms, please let us know so that we can make the 2nd bedroom available for you. A charge of €20 is required for the extra towels and laundry.
