The apartment is situated in the medieval core of an e-village, nestled in the typical Mediterranean landscape, 20 minutes driving away from the coast. All the facilities are on hand: a common swimming pool, a public/private parking, laundry with washing machines and dryers, the snack bar in the square. CITRA: 009020-LT-0008 It is a lovely and spacious apartment, one of the largest in the village. The apartment is composed of: - double bedroom - twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower - one common bathroom with bathtub. - Large livingroom with dining and kitchen area. Large fridge and dishwasher. There is also a sofa-bed for two aditional guests (a travel baby cot is provided at no extra cost). - Terrace exposed to the south, overlooking the valley. BBq included. As regards the terrace, it is equpped with table and 4 chairs, 2 deck chairs and a large parasol. Internet access via wi-fi or cable (provided) is included. Heating floor during the winter. Located in the heart of the village it provides easy access to the facilities of the village. Pets are allowed. Check-in is preferably performed between 15:00 and 16:30. Between June 15 and Aug. 31, check-in/out are only on Saturdays with a minimum stays of one week (7 nights). A private parking with remotely controlled access is available a few steps from the entrance of the village. You will be provided with the remote control upon arrival. The welcoming service is performed by ourselves or alternatively by our staff. They will be waiting for you in the village and take you to the apartment and the facilities of the village. They will be also your reference throughout the stay. We ourselves are at disposal throughout the stay and we'll meet easily around. Anyway, you will be provided our phone numbers, to stay in touch for any needs. The village, dated back to the medieval age, is nestled in the lush greenery and wild environment that are typical of the deep valleys that run through ligurian inland. A careful restoration has brought the village to a new life, keeping unchanged the common spaces, as well as the surfaces and the charm of the past. In the small central square there is a Snack/Coffee Bar. Downstairs there is a small mini market useful to do a quick and light shopping. Not far from the village, along the main road down the valley, there are good quality restaurants and pizzeria. The village is reached by bus service three times a day, therefore, is advisable to have your own car. As regards doing the shopping, the first place is down the main road, about 7 km from the village. It is a grocery store but not only. You find everything you usually need daily. Otherwise, if you look for something more detailed or if you would like to have different chances of choosing, you had better go a little bit further on, to the village of Cisano sul Neva, where are located two grocery stores (also having different stuff), a butcher, a confectioner's shop and two Snack Bars one of which selling also cigarettes and newspaper. There is also a Bank with a cash dispenser on the outside. It is worth also having a walk in the tiny historical center, tipically Ligurian, lying the rocky riverside. Alternatively, you can do shopping in the supermarket named "Ipercoop", about 14 km distant from the village, not too far from the motorway toll. It is a totally pedestrian village. The common pool is open between May 18 and September 14. It is a sheet of water nestled among olive trees, overlooking the valley. A lifeguard is on duty in the daytime, between 9 am and 6 pm. The valley nearby the village is one of the most well-known climbing site in Europe. Several crags are just a walk distance from the village, down the paths and the old mule tracks that start from the village.
