Sunny Holiday Flat with Private Garden Terrace

Our holiday home is located in a quaint, historic village by the coast in the Bay of Kotor. The flat is in a luxury family-friendly compound inclusive of an infinity pool, jacuzzi, playground, private parking & more. Sit & relax on your private garden terrace overlooking the lush green hills or enjoy the spectacular views of the bay from the pool. Within walking distance you will find several restaurants, a corner shop & a popular local beach. You will have full access to the flat, its private terrace as well as the clubhouse facilities during your stay. A private parking space (outdoors) is also available if needed. The entire apartment is yours. The kitchen is fully equipped and a washing machine is available for your use. It is a self-service apartment but cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an additional charge. We don't live in Montenegro but are available online and by phone. Additionally, a local contact number will be provided for emergencies. Staff at the compound are always happy to help with anything else. Located in a quiet village, our apartment overlooks the bay and valley. It is just a few hundred metres away from the beach, various restaurants and bars as well as a corner shop. A beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Bay of Kotor can be used by our guests, along with jacuzzi, sauna, gym and playground. The village is small and everything is within walking distance (restaurants, beach, grocery store). Taxis and a bus service are available; however, many guests choose to rent a car to explore the bay at their own pace. Free parking is available at the premises. Unfortunately, the on-site cafe/bar is currently closed. There are still various restaurants and a mini market available within walking distance of the apartment.
