Big house in the small alpine village of Rore

The house is a big recently renovated house built according to the traditional style of construction in the Valle Varaita valley: in stone and wood. It was renovated by my father who is a bricklayer. It is a very peaceful place, far away from cars and noise and the view is towards the mountains and the village below. It is located in the higher part of the village, 5 minutes away from the central square where there is parking space. The space It is set up as follows: on the ground floor there is one big living room/kitchen, with the necessary accessories plus a small toilet off this room. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds plus a bathroom with two showers and two toilets. On the second floor there is a bedroom with 6 beds and a lovely big balcony overlooking the mountains. Other info: The price is for two persons per night Linen is included for a stay of 4 or more nights. For bookings under 4 nights payment of euro 10,00 is required for each night. The access for guests is possible both from the center of the village and arriving from behind. The house is located in the upper part of the village, where the streets are narrow and very characteristic, so you can only access on foot. Arriving at the village you put the car on the central square and from there it takes 5 minutes to reach the house. Accessing from behind, you can arrive by car about 100 m from the house to unload luggage and suitcases, and you can park 200 m where we have a private parking available for guests. The access on foot is possible both coming from the center of the village (between small alleys and mountain roads), and from the road that reaches it from above. During the winter, snow tires or chains on board are reccomended. We live in the same court, so for any suggestion or question we are here :) We are open minded people and we like socializing with people that come from different places. So you are welcome!! The village of Rore is located at a middle altitude, around 950m above the sea level. It represents a good place to start trekking, hiking or just to visit around the valley. From here you can move by car to Bellino, with its amazing views and to Pontechianale and Chianale, two typical and suggestive alpine hamlets. Border with France is so close from the house and you can enjoy the amazing and fascinating Agnello pass (2744m). The price is for two person for a night. Linen is included for booking of 4 or more nights. For bookings with less nights are required 10 euros at each.
