Individual tower with swimming pool

Try the modern prince’s and princess’ life ! In the middle of a garden of 5000 m2 near the mythical road N7 and 1 hour from Paris with the train, live in a tower of 30 m² with a circle bed ! Warm swimming pool at 28°C from 15th april until september, with countercurrent... Breakfast possible with a supplement (I go on request to the bakery and bring whatever you want besides what is already available in the tower (coffee, tea, milk, chocolate, sugar). This is the maisonette of my eldest princess and her husband who live now independently. It serves as a friends’ house and involves all the necessary comfort, even though a small renovation is undergoing. This is a princess’ tower in the middle of a garden with more than 100 rose bushes, box trees, a pond, and nights is the tawny owl to hear… Garden of 5500 m² near the wood, private patio with garden salon and barbecue. Hot swimming pool of 10 m² with countercurrent. I can lend bicycles and do the washing at home. A little noise from the road nearby. Wifi only on the terrasse. Teacher, I’m free for the whole holidays. I know the region and can give advices about the visits in the surroundings. I speak english and german. My husband has notions in spanish. A child bed can be added without problem, just forewarn. In front of the Loing, at the edge of the mythical road N7 (nowadays : D607), then a bit noise of cars is to foresee, but also birds, the tawny owl, kuckoos (and with chance you’ll can see the roes). We are at 500 m with bicycle from the prehistorical grooves of Souppes-sur-Loing, 4 km from the forest of Poligny (with its ‘Sand sea’), 3 km from the Parc de l’Emprunt (a zoological park) and the outdoor activities centre of Souppes-sur-Loing, 10 minutes from Nemours, 25 minutes from Fontainebleau (castle, climbing, forest), 15 minutes from Larchant (world known spot of ‘Dame Jouanne’), 15 minutes from the museum-garden Bourdelle (a sculptor, disciple of Rodin) in Egreville, 30 minutes from Montargis (‘the Venice of the Gâtinais’), 15 minutes from Château-Landon (‘the small Rocamadour of the Brie’), 1 hour from Eurodisney, etc… 3 km from the train stations of Souppes and Bagneaux which serve Paris within 1h15 (with a train each hour) Highways A6 (at 10 minutes, exit Nemours/Montereau) and A77 (at 5 minutes, exit Souppes-sur-Loing) 4 buses a day in front of the property Express bus Melun/Château-Landon at 3 km (half an hour on foot for the braves) Hypermarket at 5 km.
