Vysoké Tatry - Bedroom with private bathroom

Vila Marta is a guesthouse located near Starý Smokovec, Vysoké Tatry. It is located very close to the train station Pekná Vyhliadka, and offers good access to the Tatra Mountains. The private room is on the upper floor of the guesthouse. It has its own private bathroom and shower, and access to a common space with a fully equiped kitchenette. The guesthouse also offers access to a garden/terrace, with a fireplace and benches during the summer. The guests have access to a common space that includes a fully equipped kitchenette with an electric stove. Since I do not currently live in the Tatras, i can´t promise I will be there to show you around, but I am always available online should there be any questions or problems. We also have a caretaker who lives nearby and can assist with anything if needed. Vila Marta is located in a small friendly neighborhood in Horný Smokovec, consisting mostly of other guesthouses. Right next door is a newly decorated local pub "Poľská Krčma", which also offers some food. More restaurants available in the town of Starý Smokovec (10 - 15 minutes walking distance). A nearby hotel Grandhotel Bellevue also offers a spa-package for a reasonable price. The nearest supermarket is also about 10 minutes walking distance in Starý Smokovec. The guesthouse has an ideal location for both hiking and skiing. The lift to Hrebienok, a place where many popular hiking routes in the Tatras start is located in Starý Smokovec, 15 minutes walking distance. The Guesthouse is located directly above the train station "Pekná Vyhliadka", available per the Tatra Electric Railway from Stary Smokovec or Tatranska Lomnica. The larger Stary Smokovec bus/railway station is located about 15 minutes walking distance from the property. A local bus/ski-bus stop is also located less than 5 minutes from the guesthouse. A local accommodation tax of 1,5 Euro/Person/Night is to be paid upon arrival. We strongly recommend bringing your own slippers for indoors, and not wearing outdoor shoes im the carpeted rooms. We offer clean bed sheets and a hand-towel per room, however, you have to bring your own toiletries and shower towels. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but is allowed in front of the house or on the garden/terrasse. Pets are usually allowed upon request, but please inform us if you are planning to bring some.
