So whether you are travelling for business or enjoying the sights or nights of Reading, this apartment is perfectly located for a pleasant stay. This large penthouse apartment benefits from two large double bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), two bathrooms and a grand kitchen living area with a private balcony. The entire 1st floor has underfloor heating ensuring you can comfortably walk barefoot throughout those chilly winter months! Bedroom 1 This bedroom benefits from a comfy double bed, bedside units, side lamps, fitted wardrobe and a flat screen TV. Family Bathroom The family bathroom benefits from a large bath/shower, sink and toilet. Shaving sockets are provided as well as a cosmetic mirror. Living Area and Kitchen This large and spacious area benefits from a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances such as an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washer/dryer. We also provide a kettle and toaster as well as cutlery, crockery and utensils required. Whether you are cooking a full roast dinner or beans on toast, everything you need is provided. (If you don't have what you need, just ask!) The living area has two leather sofas, a breakfast bar, a coffee table and a large 55" flat screen TV with Freeview and Netflix enabled. The living area also boasts a large bifold door opening onto your private terrace. The private terrace overlooks the frontage of the building. We have also provided a table and chairs so that you can enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. Bedroom 2 A beautifully well lit staircase takes you up to the 2nd floor of the apartment which has a walk through dressing area and wardrobe leading into the bedroom. This bedroom benefits from two single beds with bedside units and side lamps. This spacious bedroom has the added benefit of a private ensuite with a power shower, sink and toilet. The entire apartment is solely for guests use. At the rear of the property is a lawned garden which can also be used by guests. We also have ample car parking. I am always around in Reading. If i am unable to meet you for a check in, I am always happy to come back at a time to suit to meet guests and answer any questions that you may have, whether its how to use the dishwasher or the best restaurants to eat in Reading! The apartments are located within a residential neighbourhood, with good access to local amenities. There are supermarkets and local shops all within a stones throw of the property. We have ample car parking if needed for our guests. (Prebooking is required) There is a bus stop located across the road from the property if you would like to go into the Main Town centre or Reading Train Station. The M4 motorway is less than 1 mile from the apartment. All stays/bookings will need to satisfy the current UK government guidelines surrounding accommodation bookings. Evidence may be required.
