Villa Pinsapo - Guest house, pool & large garden

Welcome to our guest house! This refurbished detached house can accommodate up to 6 people. All equipments, 3800m2 garden, 12m pool, bbq and all fun for kids are available exclusively for you. The house is at walking distance to the historical center of Sainte-Foy-La-Grande. You can discover the Dordogne / Perigord / Bergerac... and also the wine areas of Bordeaux & St Emilion. Ground floor: - Large living room. Dining area, Sofa that transforms into a very comfortable bed with a great mattress. - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer... - Bathroom (baby adapter available) 1st floor: kids room (twin beds) communicating with the master bedroom. We can have a baby cot at your disposal too. Other: - Laundry room in the main Villa. - Pool (5m * 12m) - Garden with outside furnitures, BBQ... - Various games - Parking within the property ** IMPORTANT ** - All is new (refurbished and equipped in 2019), please take care of everything. - The pool is available from May to end of September but we can't guarantee the temperature. Usually we activate the pool heat one week before your arrival at least, but it all depends on the weather conditions, especially in May. Feel free to ask us before booking if you need details. Historic center and shops are at walking distance. Calm & close to city center, fantastic area to discover. Friendly neighbourhood. There are great restaurants and a very nice historical city center in Sainte-Foy-La-Grande (10 minutes walking distance). You'll enjoy activities near the river, cinema, the house itself, and the historical and natural places in Dordogne & Gironde. You can find everything around and there's one of the most famous markets of the area on Saturday mornings in Sainte-Foy-La-Grande. Bergerac is at 20 minutes with lots of shopping, historical visits and a fantastic atmosphere. Montbazillac and St Emilion are easy to access too. You can enjoy river activities, prehistoric sites and south-west French gastronomy. The train station of Sainte-Foy-La-Grande is at 10 minutes walking distance. The house is located in Pineuilh/Sainte-Foy-La-Grande, 1:15 from Bordeaux (airport, TGV train station) and 20 minutes from Bergerac (Airport for London Stansted). We only rent when nobody occupies our vacations home "Villa Pinsapo". Means this friends' house, garden and pool are fully privative.
