Enchanting Apartment in the Heart of Tuscany

IMPORTANT: this current year, in order to protect at best your and our health, we will not be providing bed sheets and towels. The apartment is located on a hill in the Florentine Chianti. Perfect for two people, you will find a room with double bed, bathroom, dining room with kitchen, roomy garden with trees you can pick fruit from, barbecue, outdoor table, deckchairs. The house is located within our little farm, where you can take walks in the peacuful Tuscan countryside. In the very heart of Tuscany you will find on the top of a hill a very cozy accommodation and an incomparable view ranging from San Gimignano towers to the harsh Alpi Apuane will welcome you with a warm hug. The apartment is located at ground floor and is composed of a spacious and bright living area with kitchen, table, wood-burning oven, fireplace, a complete and windowed bathroom with washing machine, a bedroom with double bed. Your fully relaxed stay will be completed by our large and well kept organic garden, where you will find plenty of refined flowers and pesticide-free tree fruits. You will be able to pick fruit directly from the trees so that you will relish all its organoleptic properties. You will find at your disposal an outdoor table and chairs suitable for having your meals, deckchairs for sunbathing, barbecue. There is an outdoor shower where guests can cool themselves down while looking at the Tuscan landscape. In the garden there is a footpath the owners use to get into their house. The owners are available to suggest guests art, landscape, food and wine routes. The owners live at the first floor of the same building in which is located the apartment. The owners can be contacted by phone or by message. The apartment is located in a part of a large farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the art triangle composed of Firenze, Siena, Pisa, in which are located San Gimignano, Volterra and the renowned zone of Gallo Nero. Please keep in mind that here you strongly need to have your own means of transport: the owners are often busy and cannot drive you around when needed. Also, public transportation and taxi service are infrequent. Free parking next to the entrance. Very close (300 meters) to an organic farm where you can taste and buy high quality olive oil and Chianti wine. In the neighbouroods you can find many others farms with high quality wine and oil. If you are interested in visiting some of the major museums of Florence you could think about buying your tickets online. If you do so you can enter the museum without having to wait in queue. Otherwise, the queue might easily take up an hour or more. Buying tickets online costs a little more though. The central heating plant cannot be used, because of the high cost of gas. In the cold months, or whenever the guests need, they can light the wooden stove anf the fireplace. The owners will give the wood and will show the guests how to light them. Guests can take relaxing strolls in our orchard and olive grove, both completely organic.
