SUMMER DATES JUST RELEASED.. GOING FAST! Well placed converted Chapel close to Chichester Harbour and Goodwood. Seven bedroom accommodation, Sleeps 12 +2 sofa beds in communal rooms. Large communal lounge/ dining area with additional snug lounge and further games room. Parking for 6+ cars. Fantastic property for multi-generational or multi family gatherings. Hot tub, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, Xbox 360, Pool Table, Garden, Gas BBQ, Fibre Broadband. Kids toys and games. Unique converted Chapel. Normally used as our family home and residential recording studio. Two lounges plus games room. Dining for 12. Multiroom SKY Sports and Movies HD, Netflix, Hot Tub, Fibre Broadband, Pool table, Wi-fi, Xbox 360. Hot Tub Full access and sole use of house and accommodation. We have 4 double bedrooms, 2 Single rooms and a twin room. all upstairs, so can sleep 12 people in bedrooms. There are also two further (small!) double sofa beds in two of the lounges. We can comfortably accommodate 12 people with enough bedding, dining and living space. Further guests are welcome, but you will need to provide your own bedding if you want to use the sofa beds. Further facilities for a child cot can be arranged or toddler size floor mattress. (Please bring your own bedding for these) The main central living room is 5m x 8m with a lounge area and dining table that seats 12. A second 5m x 8m games room/lounge can be found on the first floor complete with pool table, sofa's ,TV etc. To the rear you will find a 6m x 4m kitchen, with 8 seater table and connected to a 4m x 4m snug lounge with TV and Sofa's. This rear lounge and kitchen both access the rear garden, patio and hot tub. Things to note before booking.. Bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors, and due to a number of steps on the ground floor I would say this property is unsuitable for those of limited mobility. The third and forth double bedrooms are not very big.. But the rest of the house space makes up for it!! The fourth double is ONLY accessed through the twin room. There is a ground floor WC and Utility Room, with washing machine and tumble drier. The First Floor has two Double Rooms but no Bathrooms. The Second Floor has Two Doubles, Two Singles and a Twin Room. It also has a Shower Room/WC and a Bath/Shower Room with WC. This is a functioning family home and will contain a fair amount of our personal items. Outside of the school holidays we operate a recording studio in the property. All studio equipment will be locked away or removed during your stay... Sorry Elton John. Although you might find the odd piano or guitar laying around for a sing song. The rear garden is approximately 13m X 9m. Has; hot tub and trampoline. Please note that the these items are used entirely at your own risk!! You will be required to add hot tub chemicals. (Easy job) Very happy to offer assistance either in person or by phone, we are likely to be away during school holidays. (We have alternate local assistance available if we are away.) We are situated in the village of Nutbourne on the A259 between Chichester and Emsworth. A two minute walk will get you down a lane and to the fields and footpaths surrounding Chichester Harbour. We are well placed just a 5 minute drive from the beautiful city of Chichester, very close to the local sailing facilities at Bosham, Emsworth and Chichester Marina. Just a 20 minute drive from Gun Wharf Quays in Portsmouth. 15 minutes from Goodwood, so well placed for all Goodwood based events and activities. 20 Minutes drive from the fantastic West Witterings beach. The Village of Nutbourne has very good Indian and Chinese restaurants plus a 'Vintage Inns' chain Pub/ Restaurant that serves food all day and late into the evening. Also other Pubs and Fish and Chips can be found in the local area. We are 2 minutes from Bosham and Emsworth, 5 minutes from the A27. Just 15 minutes from Goodwood. Nutbourne Railway station is about 300m walk so very close, is on the mainline from Victoria. 700 bus stops pretty much 50m away.. which will get you to Brighton, Chichester, Portsmouth. Off road parking for 6+ Cars/ Boats etc. plus plenty of on road parking. Minimum booking period of three nights during other school holidays and two nights during Goodwood events.
