Tv unit and flat screen tv and dvd player (English and french TV accessible ). Coffee table Bedrooms A double bedroom on the 1st floor with chest of drawers and a hanging rack. Josselin A 30 min drive away, Josselin is an absolute must visit on any tour of Breton with its medieval castle, dolls museum and the a very pretty village with its medieval half timbered houses and great views from the top of the bell tower. The Gothic Basilica Notre Dame de Roncier is in town square There is a lively market that fills surrounding streets on Saturday mornings Lac au Duc The lake near Ploermel which offers scenic views and walks with beaches and water sports for the young at heart. Created by the monks Lac du Duc is the largest inland lake in Brittany. At around 5.5 km by 500-900 m, the Lac du Duc is surrounded by a variety of different natural habitats and wetlands.You may be lucky enough to see otters, frogs or deer.The waters stock pike, pike perch, black bass and perch, etc. There are some very large specimens which makes this beautiful lake one of the best places in France for fishing. The legend says that the these water homed the mythical ‘vouivre’, the marsh monster that was killed by a monk called Armel. Paimpont Forest A 30 mins drive away what remains of the vast forest that once covered ancient Brittany, the location of the mythical Broceliande, the legend of King Arthur.
