The Domaine de Montagnac is a gite of character in the heart of Ariège. With a rural setting and a panoramic view of the Pyrenees mountain range, this old farmhouse stable composed of 4 houses has been renovated while keeping its old-fashioned charm. Its swimming pool and its very large garden make it a perfect place for your family meetings, seminars and bucolic stays with family or friends. - The Artist's House This completely renovated house includes a large reception room of 105m2, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a semi-professional kitchen on the ground floor. There are two mezzanines: the first mezzanine of 65m2 with a billiard room and the second of 30m2 offering many living spaces throughout the house. Sleeping arrangements are spread over two floors both offering space with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen/living room. You will find here a harmonious house for 8 to 12 people. - The Master's House This lovely house offers two large terraces and multiple sleeping arrangements on three floors. The ground floor includes a small living room, a kitchen, a large dining room and a bedroom. On the second floor, four bedrooms and two bathrooms offer multiple sleeping arrangement possibilities. On the top floor the three bedrooms and the bathroom can accommodate large groups (15 to 17 people). These two houses are complementary to offer a pleasant stay for large groups. The house and the terraces are private. You will have access to the different outside spaces (swimming pool, walking path on the 55 hectares). Our guest manager Margaux will be at your disposal throughout your stay (lives 20 minutes from the Domaine). Located in the heart of the Ariège countryside, you will be able to contemplate the Pyrenees from your terrace. The village is 200m away and the first shops are 10 minutes away by car. The medieval town of Mirepoix and the lake of Montbel are 15 minutes away by car. Located 1 hour from Toulouse airport and 45 minutes from the Cité de Carcassonne, you will be surrounded by the countryside. Please note there is no public transportation on site. At your arrival a parking lot will be at your disposal. Small local shops are located 10 minutes by car from the Domaine.
