Wonderful views across rolling French countryside with private garden and courtyard. Situated at the end of a country road on an organic smallholding, the gite is in the heart of the countryside and there is no passing traffic. The ground floor is open plan with a kitchen and living area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. Activities on the smallholding range from painting and drawing to felt making and growing vegetables. Surrounded by field and woods. A tranquil corner of this beautiful unspoilt part of France. The gite is situated within the grounds of the smallholding with a paved eating area at the front and a private courtyard and garden at the back with barbeque, tables and chairs and sun loungers. The gite is self contained within the grounds of the smallholding. As we are both practising artists we can offer painting and drawing lessons if desired. La Creuse is a quiet rural part of France where you can get get away from it all and relax. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and ideal for walking, cycling and wild swimming in the local swimming lakes. The historic towns of Aubusson and Felletin are a short drive away.
