This is a fabulous penthouse apartment. There is one very large room which acts as living room, office area, sleeping area and dining area at the same time (see pictures). Please note that the different sleeping places are all located in the same room, although not directly next to each other. Separate kitchen. Spacious bathroom with daylight window. 12-15 foot ceilings throughout. The whole apartment is very bright during daytime and absolutely quiet during night due to its high location in the 6th floor. There is a lift to the 5th floor so that you do not have to walk. Top quality hardwood floors. The loft is located at the top floor of a prestigious building located at Perusastraße, 100m off Marienplatz and 25m to Maximiliansstraße, the main shopping street! The English Garden, many shops and numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance. The whole apartment has been freshly renovated in summer 2020 and is in a top-notch condition. Located approx. 15 minutes walk away from Oktoberfest (or alternatively 2 subway stations). Walking distance to Hofbräuhaus and other beergardens. Also walking distance to English Garden (ideal to go jogging or enjoy the park) and to the two main universities (LMU and TU). You can get to the Messe / Trade Fair / ICM grounds in 15 minutes with the subway non-stop. Parking lot located 100m away from the apartment for daily price of approx. 25 EUR.
