Just 7 miles from the nearest town Barnstaple and 15 minutes drive to the closest beach. Local costal resorts are Woolacombe, Saunton, Croyde, Ilfracombe, Lynmouth all within a 20-30 minute drive. Exmoor zoo is just 5 minutes up the road as well as other family attractions like Combe Martin wildlife and dinosaur park and Watermouth castle. Something for everyone 😊 The house will sleep 9 Maximum 5 adults (18+) In a double bed a double sofa bed and a single divan bed. The other beds include a cabin bed a set of bunk beds and a cot. You will have access to almost everything in the home. There will be 1 locked room and several locked cupboards labelled owners property.
