The house is surrounded by mountains and forests, 50 minutes drive from the city of Madrid It is a rustic house recently renovated, independent, all wood and stone, in a small mountain village. Its wide stone walls make it cool in summer, in winter it conserves very well the heat of the heating and of the stove of wood (the fire is seen). You can park in the same entrance and comfortably unload luggage. At the entrance there is a large patio, with stone floor, collected and sunny, with table, umbrella and chairs for you. Through the patio you can enter the ground floor of the haystack, ceiling and wooden floor, wardrobe with mirror, drawers and chest of drawers for your things. The double bed is large, has a very good mattress and natural duvets to sleep well. It is a very quiet stay, with no outside noise. Opposite it has a small bathroom with shower, with everything you need (towels, shampoo, etc.). You can access the top floor by the stairs or directly by another entrance from the street. This floor also has wooden floor and ceiling and walls seen of stone. It has two rows of windows and skylights so you can enjoy the view of the sky and the landscape at all times. It has a kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and utensils. There is a table with chairs, a sofa bed and a wood stove. You also have a large balcony, roofed with wood, facing south, also with table, chairs and very good views. There's no TV. The patio is shared with us, although the front, closer to the parking and entrance to the haystack, we use for your preferential use. Here you have at your disposal a large table, with chairs and umbrella. We leave some wood near the stove, but you can take the one that you need from the patio's woodshed. The balcony of the barn is just for you, has table and chairs, is covered by a wooden cantilever. I am available every day for you, in person or by phone But forgive me because I do not know how to speak very well in English Pure air, tranquility. Easy parking. The village is surrounded by meadows and hills with dehesas of oaks and ash trees; And pine forests with holly and yew trees. You have many walking trails, mountain bike trails, horseback riding or donkey rides. Paragliding, canoeing, climbing ... Also winter sports (skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, etc.). In summer there are natural bathing areas to enjoy. Visit the Guadarrama National Park, the Rincón Biosphere Reserve and forests of nearby beech, birch and holm oak. Tell us what you want to do and we will recommend the best for you! You can park the car in the same entrance of the haystack by The patio, is very comfortable to raise and lower the luggage. There is a bus but it runs many towns and it takes between 1.5 and 2 hours to get there from Madrid (line 191). Very well connected by road, you can easily reach from kilometer 79 of the A-I (E-5), then there are 5 kilometers of county road until you reach Braojos, here ends the road and nature begins
