My place is a warm, friendly and laidback house with great landscape views. It is situated on the outskirts of Plymouth. It has bus routes directly to Plymouth City Centre, Plymouth University, Plymouth Collage of Art, Derriford Hospital and Marjons University. Buses into Plymouth City Centre take about 25-30 mins and 15 mins by car. To Derriford Hospital it takes about 15-20 mins by bus and about 10 mins by car, depending on traffic. Bus stops are about 2 mins walk from my house. Guest bedroom, has a single bed, t.v and cupboard space, and a window with lovely views of Dartmoor. Shared kitchen and bathroom.
