Big & quiet holiday flat in Bad Vöslau near Vienna

Our big 50m² holiday flat (1st floor) is based in a quiet region of Bad Vöslau. A few meters behind the house you will find the local wineyards and also a little hill and forest - perfect for some hiking and (mountain-)biking. Bad Vöslau is also a nice base to visit Vienna. Only 35min by train to the Vienna city. Everything necessary (restaurants, shops, bus & train) are reachable within 10-15 walking minutes. Our house is found in a quiet part of Bad Vöslau, with lots of nature just around the corner. The flat is lockable seperatly – it's totally your domain – there are no interruptions. It is accessable via an entry which is used together for everyone living in the house. The flat is on the first floor, reachable via steps directly from the entry hall. I'm living next to the apartment. My father Fritz will also be in the house at all time (he is living on the ground floor of the house). He will also give you the keys and show you everything. Bad Vöslau relies within the hot thermal springs region and is a wellness city. It belongs to the district of Baden, which has many warm healthy springs. Bad Vöslau has it's own mineral water factory. The "Vöslauer" mineral water is very popular and one of the best waters of Austria. There is also a lot of good wine made in our city. There is enough parking place right in front of the house. Bus terminal and traing station can be reached by foot withing 10-15 minutes. There is a lot of space to store your luggage inside the flat. Information about the beds: There is one bedroom with a big twin-bed. In the living room there is a couch that can be expanded to be used by 2 persons for sleeping (160x200cm). We can also provide another additional flip-up / open-up-bed. So the maximum amount of persons is 5. Please sort the recycleable materials! Boxes and bags will be provided.
