Perfect location to Singleton and Morriston Hospital, Singleton and Swansea bay Campus. 5 minutes walk to train station/high street. 10 minutes walk to city centre. 10 minutes walk to Wind street. You can walk 5 minutes from railway station or bus no.10 stops on Morfa rd, which is 2mins walk to my place.
