double sofa bed, fake leather , comfortable... in quiet lounge.... .easy location to city centre, only 7 - 8 mins by bus to picadilly gardens . .bus stop just 1 min walk away from house..... quite close to Manchester City stadium, you can get a bus direct to stadium.. house set back from main road, residential area.. 5 min walk to local shops. easy car parking - no children / pets , although i look after a small boy twice a week, but he is quiet , behaved + no problem leather sofa bed , in lounge large screen TV ....quiet and clean house...... warm, double glazed windows, .. large kitchen with table, kitchen, sitting room with TV , bathroom. separate WC quiet residential area...... bus stop 1 min walk away about 25 min walk to city centre ......
