Spacious, modern, elegant & warm apartment. Very stylishly decorated & fully accessorised. Bright with big door windows, very big terrace (110 m2) full of exotic plants & big sitting areas. Great sound acoustics - AVANGARDE speakers! 1 parking spot right in front of building entrance. Perfect terrace for sunset cocktails with family & friends !. for the sportive - Rowing machine: Concept2 . (Some of the art & decorative accessories that show in the picts. are removed for your space & comfort :) Concierge lives in the building available 12 hrs. a day. Very helpful. Guests are able to use all the apartment & terrace , except for one room which is locked up. Im abroad, but in case of any emergency I can be contacted as well. There is my co-host available in case in Lebanon. Rabieh its a beautiful quiet, green & very clean residential area located at the beginning of the mountains (around 360 m heigh) & around 20 minutes away from Beirut by car. Less than 5 min. away to best supermarkets, pharmacies, Lina's caffe, bakeries, laundry, petrol stations, other shops .. The apartment (bld) is situated on a quiet main inside street with a nice walking pavement. Makes it easy to walk to the shops or to have a nice long walk in the area where you can enjoy nature, tall trees and beautiful villas designed by local architects. Lots of fresh air, a bit cooler temperature than in Beirut. Quiet. Outside terrace: trees, plants need to be watered normally 1 once a week (2ice if very hot)
