Devon cottage, a beautiful shade of pink! On the border of Devon and Cornwall, in the tiny hamlet of Sprytown, only a short drive to Dartmoor National Park. Access to North and South coast, both only 23 miles away. 40 minutes from The Eden project. Stunning local views and beautiful walks. The whole 17th century cottage sleeps 10, it has a large rambling 3/4 acre cottage garden, very private, with meandering trickling stream and a foot bridge over to the orchard. Three double rooms, one of the rooms also has a double sofa bed. There is another sofa bed in the lounge. The garden room is on the ground floor access from the front door, and the lounge, with adjacent walk in shower room. On the first floor the Lavender room has a double bed and it's own ensuite shower room. The white room is also on the first floor, optional twin or king bed with shower room just along the landing. The pink room on the ground floor just off the lounge has two single beds. A very large country kitchen and dining room, beautiful slate floor, it has an Aga for all your country kitchen needs, the room is always warm. It also. Has an electric cooker for speed cooking. The kitchen stable door opens put onto a pretty courtyard area and 3/4 garden. There is a kitchenette on the ground floor near the garden room, and a utility room with a washing machine and sink area. There is BBQ available to use. There is plenty of off road parking at the rear of the property. We have fibre to door, super fast internet.
