Comfortable studio with garden

I welcome you to my cosy studio apartment with a garden. You’ll love the studio because of the location and the ambience. The place is close to the city centre and is appropriate for couples, solo adventurers or business travellers. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our family house, has its own entrance and is completely separated from other units in the house, so you can enjoy complete privacy during your stay. Studio is a fully equipped, clean and bright space of 30 m2. The apartment has everything you will need to feel like at home. It comprises of an entrance hall, bathroom and the main room with a bed, sofa, a desk, LCD TV, free WI-FI and air condition, and then a small fully equipped kitchen around the corner of the room. Beside enjoying your stay in Ljubljana you can also relax in a joint garden on the side of the house. Free parking in front of the house included. Help to the guests from our side is always available, before and during the stay, may it be concerning apartment questions or suggestions on how to get around. Information kit, maps and brochures with lot of information about Ljubljana and Slovenia are in the apartment. Apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are all important facilities within approx. 100m radius. Nearest grocery store, a bar and restaurant are 100m away. Bus stops of public transportation are also near (100m). The studio is located near the city centre. - 15 min walk - 7 min bike - 5 min bus/taxi If accommodation for 6 persons is needed, I can offer an additional apartment for four persons on the premises.
