Private apartment, fully equipped and independent in historic Tuscan farmhouse, recently renovated, with swimming pool and park. Located in Crespina, a small village on the hills of Pisa, the heart of Tuscany, in a strategic position to reach the most famous cities of art and medieval villages. Possibility of cooking class, food and wine tasting experiences. The apartment “STALLA” is made out of old stables of the country house with a recent renovation. It consists of a drawing room where it is located a table for eight-ten people, a living room with three- and two-seater sofas, a cooking area with a kitchen, a table for six people and two glass walls overlooking the charming blooming garden, two double rooms (possibility to have two single beds instead of having one double bed) and a bathroom with shower. In the entrance of the sleeping area there is a wardrobe with a washing-machine. The guests can freely make use of the garden (5000 square metres). In the garden there are a swimming-pool, a playground for children, a grove provided with hammocks and several spaces to eat, rest and play. Wood-oven and barbecue can be used to cook. The owners are present at the time of the check-in to deliver the keys and are at your disposal for any request and/or need. On demand breakfast can be supplied in the apartment or outside in the areas equipped for eating. Moreover, tourist information on the area and fascinating hints for your holiday are on your disposal. “Il Poggetto” is a charming 19th century country house which will strike you enormously. It is an ideal place for a totally relaxing holiday or as a base from which to visit all the fascinating attractions of the area. Il Poggetto is strategically placed regarding all the main communication routes; the traveller can move around easily, using both their own transport and public transport services. There is a regular bus service connecting Il Poggetto to Pisa railway station in about 45 minutes. Other places can be reached by bicycles and for those who are fond of walking or trekking there are many sites to be visited on foot. Crespina is situated in a peaceful area overlooking rolling hills. It's not far from the most famous Tuscan sea resorts and ports where ferries depart for the peninsula's nearby islands, and the major tourist centres of Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. It is an oasis of calm surrounded by the lush green Tuscan countryside, woodlands and areas of breath-taking natural beauty. The property is situated on the top of a hill and is surrounded by 5000 square metres of parkland, laying out of the main urban centres, but quite close to the main communication routes (1 km from Statale Cucigliana-Lorenzana, with which we reach the sea in about 30 minutes, 5 km from the FI-PI-LI highway, that links the main Tuscan cities of the Tyrrhenian coast). “Il Poggetto” is located in the middle of the parkland, which is completely fenced and surrounded by green and big trees that offer cool places also in the hottest months of the year. The apartment is built on the ground-floor of the country house, where the owners live.
