Alexia`s house in Skala Rachoniou

The house is located just 50m from the sea nearby the village of Skala Rahoniou and in a walking distance from various restaurants, super market, pharmacy and other facilities. You can choose among plenty of beautiful beaches or just enjoy the small beach in front of the house. It is surrounded by olive trees. The capital of Thassos is only 10min drive and Skala Prinou 5min drive. The house is convenient for a 4 member family but it is also suitable for four adults. The house is smoking free. The house is small and simple designed for summer/vacation house with a nice balcony. This that make it perfect is the location, surrounded by olive trees inside an olive field and very close to the sea with pine trees all around make the guest to relax as soon as he/she settles down! On the other hand if the guest wants to be in a crowded place it is only 10 minutes drive from the capital of the island and from many popular beaches such as Pahys beach. If the guest loves the sports there are many possibilities such as tennis field and as well water sports in just few kilometers away. The best thing though to recommend is swimming or diving at the beach in front especially during the sunset.. The guest can use the house and the balcony as well park his car in front under the tree. We have deck chairs at the beach where the guest can relax and enjoy the sun,the sea and the shadow from the pine trees! I live mainly abroad but I am fast in answering mails/sms etc. A person who speaks English is going to welcome the guest and show them around. There is a pharmacy five minutes walk from the house,some restaurants, a super market and a gas station just few kilometers away. There is a sport club very close. By car: the guest is coming by the boat from Keramoti to Thassos and then drive to the direction Prinos-Limenaria. Around 1 kilometer after Pahys he meets the village of Skala Rahoniou where he turns totally right on the first cross road and then left, he meets the house on his left hand. Exact location is given by (Hidden by Airbnb) maps as there is no exact address. By bus: Gets down on Skala Rahoniou and then asks for the region “Eleonas”.
