The house is a 5-minute walk from the sea, whereas in 50m and 100m respectively there are the two big supermarkets of Ierissos (Masoutis and Lidl). The house is a 5-minute walk from the sea, whereas in 50m and 100m respectively there are the two big supermarkets of Ierissos (Masoutis and Lidl). Moreover, the apartment is near the General Gymnasium/Lyceum of Ierissos, which means that there is a lot of space (basketball court, etc) if you have kids. In the area, there is also a Pharmacy, bakery shops, while every Tuesday a street market takes place two blocks away. In general, our apartment guarantees you an ideal local experience. Apartment’s characteristics: around 50-55m2. 1 main bedroom; 1 small living room, which can be used as a second room, since there is a couch that opens and becomes bed for 2 persons, and there is a second couch as well; 1 kitchen (fully equipped), and 1 bathroom. There is a big air conditioner, wifi, washing machine, etc (you use everything without any additional cost). Furthermore, we will provide you with towels and sheets/linen, but you can bring some of yours also, if you want. Note: The place is newly renovated (2020).
