Cosy, quirky 19th Century cottage set in beautiful Sussex countryside. Entire upstairs three bedroom private suite available. Free on street parking, private entrance, shared hallway. Bed linen and towels included. Check in from 3-10pm. Complementary breakfast provided on first morning. Croissants and Coffee/Tea. Breakfast options may be available for additional days. If you have visited us before please get in touch for your 2nd Stay Special Offer... Bedroom 1: Large, comfortable bedroom with king size bed, double aspect windows and TV. Bedroom 2: Double bed with built in wardrobe Bedroom 3 Small single room with single bed (height restricted) next to main bedroom. Private bathroom, toilet and shower room. Park outside the property slightly off the road. If parking available opposite, on the street, then this may be preferable. The house is sited within a conservation area and within walking distance to Great Dixter House & Gardens and Northiam Steam Railway. There are a few good local pubs serving great food within a five minute drive away as well as two small local grocery shops and a fish and chip shop within walking distance. There is easy access by car for Bodiam Castle and Camber Sands and the historic towns of Rye, Tenterden and Battle, amongst many other local visitor destinations. Miles of footpaths and bridleways for walking and cycling, We are on a bus route and the nearest train stations are Robertsbridge and Rye. In this rural location a car may be most convenient. Downstairs living area is not open to guests and there is no kitchen currently available. Kitchenette coming soon...
