The room comes with a spacious balcony including a BBQ , table and chairs. There is a microwave and tea/coffee making facilities although use of the kitchen is permitted (Website hidden by Airbnb) There are two twin sofa beds and if required a top bunk bed and a travel cot so children can be accommodate (Website hidden by Airbnb) The area is situated on the coast just outside Rome. In the Summer months there is easy access to Rome by bus or train and the beach is a 10 minute walk away. Every Sunday morning there is a local market on the street in front of the house. The room is on the 3rd floor of the house where I live. I work in the mornings so I will be available most afternoons and weekends. I am English and fluent in Italian Local market on Sunday morning right outside the house. Friendly bar just down the road, plus 24/7 supermarket. Easy access to miles of golden sand. Bus stop outside the house for Rome or underground. Beach 10 min walk or bus goes along the coast. We have a dog that ives in the garden .
