O acesso à sala comum, situada na Vintage house, é livre e de acesso aos hóspedes onde é possível tomar um pequeno almoço em convívio com os restantes Hóspedes da Quinta da Pousada ou simplesmente ler um livro num momento de lazer. Todo o espaço tem Wi-Fi e parque de estacionamento gratuito. Guests will have full access to the garden and outdoor spaces of the house, which has an orchard, a swimming pool and the typic vineyard. The access to the common room, located in the Vintage house, is free for all the guests and there they can have breakfast in conviviality with the other visitors of Quinta da Pousada or simply read a book in the leisure time. It is a house surrounded by 6 hectares of vineyard, located next to the national road N2 with public transport every half hour (except night period), situated at 10 km from Vila Real, 4 from Santa Marta and 7 from Régua.
