Cozy one-bed room @Wolim’s

One-bed cozy room in a large 4-room apartment that is perfect for one person. The room's windows open onto a cozy courtyard. The apartment has two adults (student and I) who live in separate rooms and a 10 year old boy (my son) who lives at home every other week. He has his room. And last but not least in the apartment we have a 2 year old dog (Bamse) who was adopted (by my son and me) a month ago. The guest has access to common areas such as toilet, bathroom, kitchen, balcony and the condition is that you keep up and leave as you find The apartment has its little gem that the room guest can use. There is a small balcony facing the cozy courtyard. It's nice to be able to sit on it and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine or just read a book. In the property there is a bookable laundry room which allows the room guest to wash their clothes The guest does not have to feel forced to socialize but when we meet in our common areas (hall or kitchen) We usually greet and ask if you have slept well or feel good. We are social people but you do not have to tell the whole story of your life if you do not want to :) As your host I am available 24/7 if you need help with anything related to your accommodation With 4 minutes walk from the apartment you will find one of Malmö's most popular and cultural squares. At Möllevångstorget today, it's a lot about shopping and pub visits. The area has many shops with exciting offerings and generous opening hours, a lively market trade and plenty of restaurants wash / set / clean away after using kitchen utensils and keep yourself clean in the toilet and in the bathroom and we will all enjoy
