It's a perfect place to spend holidays due to its location and environment. Here you can find a lot of green area, fruit trees and flowers and see birds competing for the gifts of a fruit garden. It's a lovely place in the mountains half way between Lisbon (20min to get in and 30min to the center) and Ericeira (12min). Good choice for those who want visit capital town and enjoy beach or surf. Also perfect to take a rest in the green and calm area and visit Mafra, Sintra, Óbidos and much more. It´s perfect place to spend your holidays because of it´s location and enviroment. And our place is where your journeys start. if you get tired or just want to relax, take off your shoes, grab your favourite book, or do yoga in our yard. Note: From 01-01-2019, the Municipal Tourist Tax came into effect per night and per guest up to 7 nights per stay (except for children under 13). This rate has a value of € 1 in the low season (01/11 to 30/4) and € 2 in the high season (01/5 to 31/10). As it is not charged at booking time, it must be paid in cash at the moment of check-in. The owner's obligation is to transfer city TAX to Town Hall. I will be present during my off duty time. We live in the house. Our house is perfect to offer you a unique experience in the region of Lisbon because, although we are located in the countryside, with all the calmness and privacy that comes along with it, we are just 20 minutes away both from the ocean and from Lisbon. Lisbon is the city you will fall in love immediately with due to its architecture, museums, gastronomy, music etc. Ericeira is a well-known surf lovers’ village, with several beaches around it for all tastes. Our place is perfectly located where your journey to any of these destinations should start. Here you can find a large and beautiful landscape with a generous garden with plenty of flowers and a small orchard with fruit trees, such as orange, fig, tangerine, cherry, peach, loquat, walnut trees and much more. It’s a lovely place where you can watch birds searching for food and listen to them singing in the calm. If you get tired or just want to relax, take off your shoes, grab your favourite book or do yoga in our yard. 1 bedroom was redecorated to accommodate guests, but is still very personal and cosy. Bedroom is clean and confortable with a double bed, large wardrobe to store your clothes, mirrors, internet access, with private bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet and is provided with clean sheets and towels. Parking is available onsite. Smoking inside is not allowed but possible in the garden or in our confortable terrace. I wish you can enjoy our house, as we do and be happy here, as we are!!! Welcome!!! Having a car is useful in order to take full advantage of the enormous potential of our rich region. But if you have no car it is possible to get here by public transport. She is lovely and respectful. She lives in the large garden and does not enter the house. Anyway, if this causes discomfort for you, the space of the dog will be limited during your stay.
