Cosy Studio with a separate entrance and bathroom

My name is Enrique and I study law at Fribourg University so I decided to lease my studio in Zurich. The studio is very quiet and has its own entrance and its own small bathroom (no kitchen). It is therefore very suitable for women traveling alone. My family lives in the apartment next to it. We are open and sociable, but also respect your privacy. Mein Name ist Enrique und ich studiere Rechtswissenschaft in Fribourg. Das ist der Grund, weshalb ich mein Studio in Zürich vermiete. Das Studio ist sehr ruhig gelegen und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ein eigenes kleines Bad (ohne Küche). Es ist deshalb sehr gut geeignet für Frauen, die alleine Reisen. In der Wohnung daneben wohnt meine Familie. Wir sind offen und kontaktfreudig, respektieren aber auch deine Privatsphäre. 8 minutes walk to a Bus /Tram station 12 minutes by tram to Escher-Wyss-Platz, Restaurants/Cinema/Clubs 18 minutes to the main train station. 4 busstop to ETH Höngg (University)
