Studio apartment in Arnside, South Cumbria

The accommodation is 100% self contained. Luxury accommodation close to Arnside Knot, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Under floor heating, private shower room, courtyard with seating, free WiFi. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, kettle, cups & plates for you to use, we can make a microwave available. Our newly built studio features an en-suite toilet and under floor heating. You have use of a beautiful little courtyard with seating. There are curtains that cover the main windows so it is as private as you want it to be. The bed is a very comfortable pull out sofa bed, with an extra mattress topper. The size of the main room is 11.5 square metres or 123 square feet. (comfortable for two people). There is also of course the en-suite toilet and shower room. The studio is situated at the back of our house and our kitchen is on the other side of the courtyard but you will be pretty private. There is direct access on foot to the studio via the back lane behind our house. The studio is completely self contained with its own toilet and shower room, there is also space to park your bikes in the courtyard. We provide coffee and tea making facilities (kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave). Also we can sometimes provide breakfast if we are around, feel free to ask. If you have a lot of luggage you can drive down the lane to drop it off and pick it up. Parking is at the front of our house. We enjoy helping guests with there visit to the area and will offer advice on walks, etc. We often welcome guests into our main home (when allowed) , but we won't pester you! A very quiet residential area just 100 metres from the woods on Arnside Knot. You can walk to the pubs and restaurants in Arnside in 15 minutes Train station at Arnside is 1 km easy walk away. Bus stop 500 metres away. A fantastic base to explore the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty! Also easy access to the South Lakes. You can walk directly from the studio into National Trust Woodland just 200 metres from the house. There are superb scenic walks along the coast and over the local hills such as Arnside Knott, King William's Hill and Fairy Steps. Again, you don't need to drive to do these walks, they are all close to the studio. Leighton Moss Bird Reserve is just 2 miles away.
