Set on the tip of Lake Como, in the heart of the S. Martino Valley. Pets are welcomed (5€/day) and we also hold a Doggy Daycare if you require a dog-free day. Only 2 minutes walk from Lake Como, 5 minutes from the mountains and at walking distance from the train station, there's so much to enjoy You get full use of the first floor flat, with private entrance, spacious terrace and secure parking within the property. There is a wide triple bedroom plus a double sofa-bed. The flat is equipped with Netflix+Satellite, spacious kitchen, everything for kids and infants and all you need for a relaxing stay. By car - within 30 minutes drive- you can also easily reach many other beautiful attractions: skiing slopes, mountain hikes, lake rides, theme parks, old mines, thermal spas... plenty to entertain both adults and kids! We will be at your disposal on the ground floor and happy to help you in any way or direct you to the best local amenities and restaurants. The House is settled at the beginning of Lake Como and in the heart of the S. Martino Valley. From the House you can walk to the cycle/foot path that runs all the way along the river from Lecco to Milan with its stunning views of the mountains. In walking distance from the House are also plenty local attractions such as the next door Botanic Garden Villa De Ponti, the '800 historical former factory of Sali di Bario, the Monastery Santa Maria del Lavello... or why not take a hike in the nearby woods to reach Somasca Castel up the hills? Town center is just next door with its shops and cafes, and on Tuesday why not visit the local market along the river? The House is just 3 minutes walk away from the Calolziocorte Train+Bus Station from which you can quickly reach stunning Lecco on Lake Como, the main city of Milan, Monza and Bergamo. By car you can easily reach many beautiful attractions: we have skiing slopes, mountain hikes, lake rides, adventure and theme parks, visitable old mines, relaxing thermal spas... plenty to entertain both adults and kids! Pets are welcomed in the B&B for an extra fee of 5€/day to be payed at check-in, and if you need or wish to leave your dog behind for one day it's no problem as we will be happy to host them in our Doggy Daycare Facility!
