Duplex with amazing sea view terrace

Apartment located on the border of Francavilla Al Mare with Ortona just a few minutes walk from the beach, with an enchanting view in a quiet and peaceful green area. Being a duplex, therefore on two levels, upon entering there is a bright living room with kitchen (fully equipped – stove, oven, silverware, dishwasher) where there is a extensible sofa bed that can be opened in a few seconds, and a full bathroom with a washing machine. Climbing the stairs leads to the second level, where you have a bedroom a full bathroom and the entrance to a small and cozy terrace where you can enjoy a glass of the finest wine from Abruzzo looking at the sea! Many places of tourist interest in Abruzzo can be visited including: Majella Natural Park (45 minutes), Fonti di Pescara Regional Nature Reserve (51 min), Scanno Lake (1 hour and 20 minutes), Abruzzo National Park (1 hour and 30 minutes) and many other wonderful places. The best of the Abruzzo mountain scenery and wonderful beaches in a few minutes drive away. A quiet place, a hill with lots of greenery overlooking the sea. Nearby there is the "Spiaggia delle Dune" where a rare "Fratino" bird, even protected by the WWF, deposits its eggs every year. A stretch of sea still quite unspoiled preferred by those who want to relax in the tranquility of this place. Three establishments right next to our apartment are the Baya Cattleya , Il Cambusiere and Punto Verde. There is also a free beach. The train station of Tollo Canosa allows with a regional train to reach the center of Francavilla Al Mare .Going north you can rent bikes to go around the beautiful city of Pescara by night and day, or going south there is San Vito Chietino or Fossacesia where you can rent bicycles at Cycling Abruzzo and ride freely and visit the wonderful Costa dei Trabocchi. Not to be missed is a romantic dinner on one of the trabocchi and a visit to the D'Annunziano hermitage.Going out by car in the district of the hole Francavilla you will find all supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, beauty centers.
