The Barn sits within a 170-acre farm with plenty of footpaths across its fields. There is a spacious ground floor with a log burner in the lounge. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower and bath. The barn is situated in the lovely village of Ongar with a number of highly recommended local pubs on its doorstep! The Barn is a ten-minute drive from Epping Central line station and a 20-minute drive to Stansted Airport. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. The Barn at Colemans Farm is a converted threshing barn with delightfully high ceilings and light and generously proportioned rooms. The Farm accessed by a tree lined drive-way from the hamlet of Clatterford end is situated at the end of a single-track road. This is a great place to stay if you love piece and quiet! The area is surrounded by lovely local pubs and restaurants, we would be happy to provide recommendations. There are also some lovely golf courses nearby. With easy access to central London there are plenty of things to do! There is parking outside the Barn in the farm courtyard. The Barn is a great base to explore Epping Forrest, the Rodings, Chipping Ongar (our nearest town) and has some fantastic walks (of which we have provided a few recommendations). It is also within walking distance of Greensted Church, the oldest wooden church in the world, as well as two country pubs. The Barn is a ten-minute drive from Epping Central line station, 15 minutes from M25 at Waltham Abbey, 25 minutes from M25 Brentwood and 15 minutes from M11 Harlow. It is a 20-minute drive to Stansted Airport. Unfortunately, no pets allowed as no enclosed garden. Guests have access to our farm footpaths.
