A beautiful detached annexe set in the garden with your own entrance and wonderful views out to sea. Near Heligan Gardens and within walking distance to Hemmick beach and the South West coastal path. Own parking area and entrance with a few steps up to a terraced area and entrance to the annexe. Director chairs provided to take in the view. Small kitchenette (No sink or hob) with all the electrical provisions, including a fridge freezer. One bedroom with a superb luxury comfortable king-size bed, bedside tables with reading lights, small wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. Bedlinen and towels are provided along with extra pillow and blankets. A shelf cover incorporating a radiator. Hairdryer provided. Wet room with basin unit, toilet and heated towel rail. A kitchen dresser that holds all the china, glasses and cutlery which provides a table top for the toaster and kettle. A microwave/oven and a small fridge/freezer for preparing breakfast and light meals. Lounge area is provided with another radiator, table and chairs, sofa, coffee table, radio system and Smart flatscreen TV. Several lamps for intermit lighting. Wall hangers for coats and basket for footwear. Decking area for soaking up the sun and views. Own entrance from the car parking area. I live on the premises but occasionally could be away so the key is available in a key safe. Peaceful hamlet with a quiet Youth Hostel close by. Walking distance to beach and coastal path. Nearest pub: The Barley Sheaf at Gorran Churchtown (20 minutes walking distance). Convenience shop and post office in Gorran or the nearby farm shop at Heligan Gardens Car essential (no public transport). Nearest train station: St Austell. Great walking from the door onto the Southwest coast path and beach. I supply Cornish provisions - Coffee/tea, fruit teas, milk, salt & pepper, biscuits, crisps and soft drinks.
