At over 80m2, it is spacious and comfortable enough for a family or up to 4 adults. Converted in April 2020, this first floor apartment retains the original beams and apex ceiling whilst being light, bright and modern. All of the fixtures and fittings are new and it is furnished to a high standard. It's perfect for a short break or a business trip to Airbus or the Parc d'Expositions. With an openplan lounge-diner, breakfast bar and fully-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer, the apartment has everything that you need to comfortably self cater. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower and there is a separate toilet with hand basin. There are several supermarkets in the neighbouring villages, less than 5 minutes away. There is a bar and a restaurant in the village. There is off street parking at the front of the property. There is also a regular bus service in Daux. The apartment is on the first floor (stairs). There is a storage room on the ground floor for bikes / pushchairs / golf bags etc. The terrace and garden are accessed via a ground floor corridor, not directly from the apartment. The laundry, store room, terrace and garden are shared with one other apartment.
