One of a kind 15th century Renaissance town house

Our Renaissance town house has a lot of original features. It is located next to a traditional French bistro, the cathedral and the town council. Bakery's, restaurants, butchers, shops with products of the region etc. is all within walking distance. As well as the casino and thermal pools. A good way to start your journey trough this historical town is with the weekend market, located right out the front door every Saturday morning. The renovated 15th century town house is over two floors. Downstairs is a kitchen /dining area with a wood fire place. There is also a small court yard at the rear for your morning coffee. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One with a queen size bed and a stunning fire place. The other with two single beds, easily made into one double. Bathroom is a modern rebuild with old features,with a beautiful bath tub and a big walk in shower. The staircase is shared with a neighbouring apartment. From our house it's only a short drive to the golf course of Luxeuil or the land of the 1000 lakes. There is free public parking in front of the house or nearby. There is as well a train and bus station in Luxeuil les bains. The Train station is less than 1 kilometre away. The house is heated with wood fire. Electric heaters for the bedrooms can be provided. Baby beds and high chairs can be provided upon request. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
