WIFI, basic products, linens and towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing table furnished. Ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a lounge/dining room overlooking a terrace with garden. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (each with 1 single bed), as well as a bathroom with toilet. You have access to the full house, the terrace and the garden. Owners live in the property and am reachable should you need anything. Ideally located to visit Lausanne, it's great for families and retired, but overall for anyone looking for quietness, ecology and well-being. You are less than 10 minutes from EHL (Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne) and less than 15 minutes from Lausanne main station. 7 minutes to bus which drives you to metro and city center, 5 minutes to shops. It's easy to live there with or without a car. The owner is impatient to share with you the local recipes (bread, brioche, papet vaudois, fondue...) do not hesitate to ask her! Non smoking place, please no noise as of 10pm.
