The apartment is located near beautiful panoramic lake view at about 2 km from the centre of Menaggio where you can find restaurants, bars and shops. This apartment is ideal for couple and family with childern. The apartment is in a very good location with big park and a wonderful lake view. The apartment is composed of: livingroom with kitchen, main bedroom, possibilty to use the sofa-bed in the livingroom, bathroom and covered terrace with lake view. It offer a nice swimmingpool with solarium in common with other apartments. Swimmingpool and solarium are common parts. Use of sunchairs and umbrella. During the stay the guests can conctact us during the opening time of our office: from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. (from Monday to Firday). Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 14.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. Menaggio is a nice village located on the shore of Como Lake. The hamlet in which the apartment is located is in a very quiet palce on the hill at about 2 km from the centre of the village. Bus, ferry and boat stops are in the centre of the village at about 2 km from the apartment. From Menaggio you can easly reach Ballagio and Varenna with the ferry boat. Lugano and Como are about 30 Km from Menaggio.
