The space (summary) Very grand modern spacious home is finished to a very high specification and is tastefully decorated throughout 6 Bedrooms, sleeps 12 people. (4 Double rooms, 2 twin rooms) 4 Bathrooms (3 with shower and 1 with bath) Living room with log burner, open living kitchen dinner, utility, garden, patio, shed, on site parking. Travel cot available on request. Hot Tub Ground floor: Rhos walia really can cater for all the family with an outdoor hot tub with beautiful patio area for our guests to enjoy. Cook, dine and relax in the large open plan room. The well equipped kitchen, with its large island, has all the usual gadgets; double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Whilst a separate utility room contains a sink and washer. Ideal area to store and dry outdoor kit. There’s also a separate cosy lounge with a log burner for those looking for a quieter area. Having 6 bedroom it will be able to accommodate up to 12 guests, including a downstairs bedroom along with a modern showeroom. There’s also a family bathroom and two further showrooms upstairs. Outside area: Closed paved area with luxurious patio seating, bbq, large hot tub. During your stay I will be available for guests to contact through text or email. The house is set in a small village very close to the local garage which has a Londis grocery shop. Ample off road parking area in front of the house for up to 6 cars Robes are provided.
