Wells Cottage
ln lovely Malvern Wells, Wells Cottage is the perfect base for walkers, cyclists, or visitors to Great Malvern or the Three Counties Showground. The path up the Hills starts across the road; a short walk leads to Holy Well, the ancient spring which won Malvern its reputation for pure waters. Beyond that a shady zigzag leads to the ridge of the Hills, with views on all sides; from the Cotswolds to the Welsh mountains. They say on a clear day you can see fourteen counties. Wells Cottage is a three-storey house, newly refurbished to a high standard. Visitors have the whole house at their disposal. On the ground floor, where the cottage's gravel driveway leads off the top of Grundy's Lane, is a fully-equipped kitchen - diner. Off this is a large cellar, for secure bike or other storage. Up one flight of stairs is the comfortable living room, with a double sofa bed, allowing up to four guests to stay in the cottage in comfort. From there, stairs leads to the bedroom, with a king-size bed, and new shower room. There are far-reaching views across the Severn Vale, Bredon Hill and towards the Cotswolds. Guests can also enjoy the pretty community garden and Jubilee Spring, immediately beside the house. Full access. Entry is by key safe, but we live nearby and can be contacted throughout your stay should you need any assistance.
