Raheny -Small comfortable room with a double bed

My home is small but is a very welcoming and comfortable house which is open to people from all walks of life. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. The kitchen/dining room, sitting room/TV room, a second bathroom/laundry room are on the ground floor. It is very close to all local amenities, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and cinema's. The area is quiet and easy going itself and the city is easily accessible by train and buses. Visitors to my home will be welcome to use most facilities. My kitchen has a spacious dining area with most modern appliances such as dishwasher, cooker, microwave air frier, toaster etc., There's a separate laundry room with separate washing machine and drier. This room also houses the downstairs toilet and jacuzzi bathroom. Guests can also watch TV in a separate area of the kitchen or in the sitting room when it is available. As this is our home, my husband and I will be available most of the time. The neighbourhood is quiet and easy going with access to many amenities. Public transport to city or many seaside villages is easily accessible. There are many parks around including the very beautiful St Anne's. There is also an array of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and cinemas. We have two lovely very friendly King Charles Cavaliers.
