House in SOVICO - GP Monza

Large and bright apartment of 50 mq on a single floor, located in a quiet area of a small town (Sovico), which is few kilometers away from Monza, nice city where you can find the Monza Parkwith its Villa Reale and its Autodromo Nazionale. The house has got a living room with a sofa-bed (queen-size dimensions), a kitchen equipped, a bedroom with a double bed and an armchair-bed, a bathroom with bath-shower. It's eventually available a small bed for a child. Autonomous heating. The house has got also a small private garden, with a barbecue and two bikes available. It's possible to park the car in via G. Carducci. Indipendent apartment with a small garden. Wifi connection is available for the guests. Everytime available to help guests during their stay. Furthermore we are available to offer a ride by car to go back home at the end of special events located inside the Autodromo and the Parco di Monza. Furthermore it's possible to go to the playground for children in 5 min; - BY BICYCLE: possibility to use two bikes to ride around, on the bicycle lane near the river Lambro or inside the Parco di Monza; - BY BUS: possibility to walk (8 min) to the bus stop "viale Monza" and catch the bus z221, which connects Sovico with Monza and with the Milan's underground stop (M1, red line, stop Sesto 1° Maggio FS). Visit the websites Autoguidovie Monza Brianza and ATM Milano; - BY TRAIN: possibility to get by bus to Monza's station to go to various cities; possibility to go by car to the train station of Seregno (15 min), Desio (15 min), Biassono-Lesmo Parco (10 min) to go to various cities; or possibility to go by car to the train station of Macherio-Sovico (5 min) to go to the interchange stations of Carnate or Seregno. For people who arrive by plane in any airport (Milano Linate, Malpensa, Orio al Serio) it's reccomended to get to Monza's station and then continue to Sovico with the bus z221. Extra guests: 20,00 €/night after the second guest. The price may vary in case of particular events. Furthermore, for overnight stay of only one night, 20,00 € are required for cleaning fee, so the guests have to pay them at the apartment, during their check-in. I kindly ask you to show me, at your arrival, your passports/ID cards, we need them to declare your presence at the security authorities in according to the italian law.
