Celle di Lecchi is within walking distance to the village of Lecchi in Chianti. There is easy access from each villa to the well maintained shared pool. Celle Di Lecchi is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the warm Tuscan sunshine, with both private and shared terraces all having beautiful views. There is also a fenced off five-a-side football pitch with goal nets in the grounds. Padronale is a beautiful hillside Tuscan villa on three storeys and offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Situated below the other accommodations, it has a large barbecue and outside dining area beneath the villa. With several terraces there is plenty of areas for dining al-fresco while taking in the magnificent views. Inside is a small reception area. To the left is a bathroom with hydro-massage shower. Directly ahead are two steps leading to a comfortable sitting area. It is furnished with a period style sofa, two wicker chairs and an antique desk. A door leads to the first of the double bedrooms. A set of double doors in the right hand wall lead to the main lounge. While a glass door gives access to an outside terrace. The first bedroom has a terracotta tiled floor and wooden ceiling with terracotta tiles, it offers wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside. The beautifully furnished main lounge has two comfortable white double sofas, coffee table and a glass display cabinet. There is also a flat screen television with satellite, DVD player and CD player. An archway in the right wall opens into a smaller lounge area. It is furnished with three comfortable chairs, desk, wooden cupboard and an open fireplace. Stairs lead up to two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and hand held shower. Both lounges have direct access to the terrace. At the top of the stairs to the left is a bedroom with a metal four poster bed with two small matching metal chairs. The room has a pitched roof and offers fantastic views from the two windows. A large fitted wardrobe with drawers and shelving occupy the length of one wall. Further down the corridor and to the left is another bedroom. This room is furnished with a metal double bed, wooden bench, large single wardrobe, table and wicker chair. It has wonderful views from the single window. The downstairs bedroom is very unique with its rough stone wall and original trough. This bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, two small cabinets and a small wooden chair. There is also a television in this room. Outside in the hallway is a bathroom with shower. There is a chair lift between the two floors for the less agile. The splendid dining area is furnished with a large dining table where guests can all dine together, a cabinet, chest of drawers, small table with chair and an open fireplace. To the left is a bricked archway leading to the kitchen, and a set of double doors in the opposite wall which provide access to the garden. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with separate freezer compartment and a wooden table. Luigi is situated higher up the hill and overlooks the other accommodations of Celle Di Lecchi, this two storey Tuscan villa offers stunning views of the surrounding hills and countryside. The villa also boasts beautiful antique tiled flooring and traditional Tuscan ceilings throughout. At the front is a large tiled terrace complete with original well. On entering there is the spacious lounge furnished with a modern white sofa with matching arm chair and a cabinet filled with books. Set to one side is a dining table with four chairs. This area is well lit from the large glass double doors that lead to the outside dining area. Left of the main doors is a staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms and Juliet balcony. This villa boasts traditional Tuscan tiled floors and ceilings throughout. The lounge which is entered via the main doors is furnished with two comfortable two-seater sofas, coffee table, large sideboard and a small wicker chair. Set in one corner is a television with satellite and DVD player. A large bricked archway to the right leads into a hallway giving access to the first of the two bedrooms and stairwell. The spacious ground floor double bedroom has plenty of natural light from the two windows and double French doors. The room is furnished with a metal bed, single wardrobe and comfortable arm chair. Next to the bedroom is the upstairs bathroom with shower. Porcilaia is a small Tuscan villa located a short distance away from the hamlet swimming pool. The cottage is perfect for a couple with a lovely terrace to the front, shaded by a tall cypress tree and furnished with a little table with two chairs. From here there are pretty views of the Chianti hills to one side. Entering through the large double glass and wood doors there is an open plan living area. It has a fantastic terracotta floor with a wood panel wall two sides and the original exposed stone wall around the entrance. Under the window is a double sofa facing a wall mounted TV. The sleeping area is down several steps. Off the short corridor is a bathroom with shower, opposite doors out to the garden. The bedroom is at the end and also has double doors to the garden facing the pool area. It's a bright room furnished with a double bed and a modern four door wardrobe. To the back of the room is the tiny kitchenette, adequately equipped to prepare simple meals. It includes gas hobs and a small fridge with internal ice box.
