All rooms are of generous proportions and benefit from country views. Colthrop Manor sits in generous gardens surrounded by farmland. Please note that the farmland is not part of the Manor and may only be accessed by the public footpaths. The property is on a hill and benefits from a long driveway (3/4 mile) adding to the rural feel. There are many walks to explore and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. The area is rich in local attractions. Newbury Racecourse is just a few miles away or one stop on the train. Downton Abbey or rather Highclere Castle is nearby. We also have the Bombay Saphire Gin distillery, Windsor Castle and the dreaming spires of Oxford, all within 45 minutes' drive.
