Our apartment will offer you plenty of space and light. It is quiet and comfortable with an arty fell about it . The apartment has been part of my house and has been looked after with blood sweat and laughter. Location King Richard III & Cathedral 2.1m driving 13 mins Town Centre 2.6m driving 13 mins King Power Stadium 1.2m driving 6 mins Leicester Tigers 1.2 m driving 6 mins De Montfort Hall University 1.1 m driving 7 mins Curve 2.6 m driving 14 mins We offer 1 double bed , but we can offer a put me up bed as a request;) There is a kitchen with a table x4 chairs, on the 2floor , also on the 2nd floor is the bedroom and en-suite , with bath and shower.Drown the stairs and you have a large lounge with a 45 inch smart Tv and DVD you also have your own private entrance door ;) I can be with you with in 5 min to answer all your questions ;) Our house have other people living here , but everyone is completely private There is a bus stop a min from the apartment, and there is also plenty of free parking
