Die perfekte Kombination für eine kleine Auszeit! Der Natur ganz nah und trotzdem mitten im Zentrum. Im oberen Tösstal liegt dieses ca, 60 m2 Zauberchaletstudio mit der optimalen Kombination für eine Auszeit. Very close to the nature, but still in the civilization. My little magic Chalet studio is located at the upper end of the Tösstal. It offers you the luxury of the modern world, but still a bit charme of an old chalet. Ich nenn es einfach "mein Zauberchaletstudio", ein doch recht grosses Wohnstudio, mit allem was der Mensch so braucht, im Chaletstyle eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer in Altholz gehalten, mit eigener Waschmaschine, ein Kachelofen, und der urige Wohnraum lädt zum verweilen ein und offeriert eine kleine Auszeit. Das Bett ist über eine steile Treppe zur Galerie zu erreichen. Vom Balkon aus hat man den direkten Blick in die "Tösstal Berge" respektive zum Skilift. From the balcony you can enjoy the view to the skilift and the hills of the Tösstal. . Der Haupteingang ist über eine Treppe zu erreichen und wird sowohl von den Mietern des 1. OG als auch von meinen AirBnB Gästen genutzt. Der Eingang zum Chalet führt durch eine abgeschlossene Türe und somit seit Ihr komplett separiert. Bitte beachtet; Es hat einen öffentlichen Parkplatz ca. 150 m entfernt auf dem Ihr Euer Auto abstellen könnt. Direkt am Haus gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit. Zum Ein- und Ausladen kann aber vor dem Haus gefahren werden. The main entrance is upstairs in the 1. floor and guides you to 2 different flats. At the right side there is the door to the "my magic chalet studio" Please note: A public parking place is about 150 m away (Skilift Parkplatz). Best regards Andrea Lenzen Fischenthal ist eine sehr ländliche Gemeinde mit herzlichen, aber auch sehr ehrlichen Mitmenschen mitten in der Natur des Tösstals. Im Tösstal leben nebst, Rehen, Hirschen auch Gemse und Luchse welche man gelegentlich zu Gesicht bekommt. Der Wanderweg in Richtung Tössstock geht direkt bei Euch am Balkon vorbei. Auf der anderen Seite vom Küchenfenster aus, seht Ihr direkt auf das Hörnli. Fischenthal is a very rural community with warm but also very honest people in the middle of the nature of the Töss Valley. Es gibt einen grossen kostenlosen Parkplatz (Skiliftparkplatz) , ca. 150 m vom Haus entfernt. The Trainstation is about 500 m away. Free parking places are at the Skilift, about 150 m away Liebe Gäste Ihr wohnt in einem Holzhaus und somit kann es auch schon mal zu einer gewissen Hellhörigkeit kommen und das Knarren der Holzdielen ist auch nicht zu vermeiden. Bitte beachtet, das ein absolutes Rauchverbot in der Wohnung und im Haus herrscht. Wir bevorzugen ruhige Bewohner die leben und leben lassen. Eure Nachbarn im Haus sind alles sehr aufgeschlossene und kontaktfreudige Mitmenschen und freuen sich auch schon mal auf einen kurzen Small Talk. 1 kleiner bis mittelgrosser Hund ist nach vorheriger Anfrage ( bitte berücksichtigt, es hat Treppen). Der Hund muss stubenrein sein und bitte den Hund nicht alleine in der Wohnung lassen. Er sollte nachts ruhig schlafen . Der Hund kostet (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) für den kompletten Aufenthalt. Der Wanderweg und auch der Jakobsweg geht direkt am Haus vorbei und schon geht`s auf Schusters Rappen in Richtung Schneebelhorn oder auch Hörnli. Der Beck ist quasi direkt nebenan und neben den schönen Bergrestaurants in der Nähe gibts auch im Ort ein paar nette Lokalitäten. Bis nach Rapperswil, der historischen Stadt am Zürisee sinds nur 16 km, Winterthur ist ca. 32 km, Zürich ca. 43 km und St. Gallen ca. 50 km entfernt. Fischenthal offers you nice hiking trails to the Schneebelhorn or Hörnli. The bakery is right next door and in addition to this, we also have some very nice mountain restaurants nearby, as well as there are also a few nice restaurants in town.
